Booking/Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY
If you are registering for an already posted class via the USCCA class registration page, full payment is collected upfront when you sign up. Classes that have already been posted can be viewed by clicking the classes button below. If you are unavailable for the class dates that have already been posted, and need to book a private class on a certain date, click the Contact button below and reach out to us directly. Once a class date is arranged, you will be sent a payment link to book your class. In order to reserve your spot, payment for private bookings is due within 72 hours of the time that you are sent your payment link.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Students must cancel at least 24 hours before the class date and time to receive a full refund. Peach State Defense Solutions is willing to reschedule you one time if you contact Peach State Defense Solutions before the start time of the course. If you need to be rescheduled an additional time past your first rescheduling, there will be a $25 fee. For anyone in non-attendance of the course without contacting to cancel 24 hours prior or reschedule before the start time of your course, you will only receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the class.
