Peach State Defense Solutions is now a licensed FFL firearms dealer! This means you can purchase in-stock firearms listed on our website and on our GunBroker.com account, send us online transfers of firearms you've purchased from other online retailers, and submit orders of firearms we have dealer access to through distributors. For the first couple months, we will have a limited stock of new and used firearms available for sale on the website. However, we have secured dealer accounts with multiple firearms and firearms accessories distributors. This includes not only handguns, rifles, and shotguns, but also weapon lights and optics (scopes and red dots).

 

As stated above, we can also accept FFL transfers of firearms you purchase from online retailers including GunBroker.com, Classic Firearms, Palmetto State Armory, Brownells, and BudsGunShop.com. Our online transfer fee is only $25. Customers picking up online transfers are required to fill out a standard 4473 form, and submit to an ATF online background check. If you have a valid Georgia concealed carry permit, you are not required to submit to the background check. If you are purchasing your firearm from one of the above listed online retailers, and are within driving distance of our location in Stone Mountain (Gwinnett), simply search for and select Peach State Defense Solutions, LLC. when searching for a local FFL (Gun Shop) at checkout. Because we are currently a home based FFL and also run training classes, pickup of your firearm is by appointment only. Appointments for pickup of your online transfer are available Monday through Saturday, as long we are not currently conducting a class.

 

Because we have dealer agreements and get dealer pricing, we can also order firearms, firearms optics (scopes and red dots), weapon lights, and other gear. We can usually give you much better prices than online retailers. If you put in an order of a firearm through us, you will not have to pay the $25 transfer fee. Any firearms ordered through us can either be picked up at our location in Stone Mountain, or shipped to your local FFL/gunshop.
